Welcome to my little corner of the web! I’m a proud mum of two wonderful boys, Oisin and Tadhg, who are just 13 months apart—so believe me, I understand the juggling act of balancing naps, bedtimes, and everything in between!
With 10 years of experience as a secondary school teacher, I bring an educational approach to everything I do, but this time, it’s all about sleep.
I specialise in infant sleep (from newborn to age 5) and hold an OCN Level 3 in Infant Sleep, so I’m here to teach you not just the what, but the why behind better sleep for your little ones.
My mission is simple: parenting is challenging enough, and you deserve restful nights so you can truly enjoy this incredible journey. I'm passionate about sharing sleep science that lasts a lifetime, so you’ll have the tools to help your child—and your family—sleep better, night after night.

What does working with me look like?

Book a free discovery call
The first step in working together is a Free Discovery Call, where we’ll take some time to connect and discuss your baby’s sleep challenges. This call is completely free, with no obligation, and gives us both an opportunity to see if we’re a good fit.
During this call, we'll discuss:
Your baby's current sleep issues and habits
Your goals for sleep (what you hope to achieve)
Your concerns, questions, and any previous attempts at sleep training

Sleep logs
Once you decide to move forward, the next step is to track your baby's sleep patterns using Sleep Logs. This is an essential tool for us to better understand your baby’s current sleep habits and identify any patterns or issues that need to be addressed.

Consultation
A 1 hour video consultation where we can deep dive into your goals and challenges, discuss my observations from your sleep logs and talk through my recommendations.

Sleep plan and support
After reviewing your sleep logs and discussing your goals, it’s time to put the customised sleep plan into action. This plan is tailored specifically to your baby's sleep needs, your parenting style, and your family's routine.
Support
During this implementation phase, I’ll be there for support and guidance every step of the way. I’ll check in regularly to answer any questions you have, troubleshoot any issues, and offer encouragement. If something isn’t working as expected, we’ll fine-tune the plan together.
