We reached out to Ciara with the hopes of setting up a good sleep routine for our newborn to enable her (and us!) to sleep most effectively.
Ciara gave us so many helpful hints and tips which alone might seem obvious, but together made such a huge difference to my little one’s sleep! Initially, I was so focused on her night time sleep, but Ciara made us realise that her day time naps are just as important and that’s where we have seen the biggest improvement! At 10 weeks old, I’m able to put her down anywhere awake for her daytime naps, and she will settle herself to sleep. She also wakes up happily on her own wherever she has been sleeping, without screaming to be picked up, which tells me she feels happy and safe too. She now consistently wakes up just once in the night for a feed and settles back down easily and quickly.

I approached Ciara for help with my second little girl sleeping, after months of terrible sleep. My eldest was always a great sleeper and although she would often take a while to get to sleep, once she was down, she was down for the night. My second born could not have been more different! We were struggling with all aspects, nap times were inconsistent, despite my best efforts of getting her into a routine and nighttimes would be a disaster, me struggling to get her to sleep only for her to wake again sometimes half an hour later and then every hour through the night.
I have no issues saying I was extremely reluctant to 'sleep train' and had visions of my poor baby screaming for hours on end as I was instructed to ignore her! Working with Ciara could not have been further from this reality. Ciara was so supportive and listened to my concerns, she put a clear plan in place and was with me every step of the way. To my absolute amazement my little one responded very well to it, despite being a little angry with me for literally the first 3 minutes. Within a week my little one was having her feed from me, going into her cot awake and rolling over to go to sleep. She was still waking in the night, but these are down to once a night and Ciara has told me whenever we're ready to drop the feed in the night she will support me in getting there. Getting Ciara's help has undoubtedly made me a better mother, bed times are smooth and calm. I have more time in the evening for one to one time with my eldest and then I can even carve out some time for myself in the evenings. Not to mention that I am definitely not a nice human when I am sleep deprived! I am very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone who will listen!

Ciara has been brilliant. Our child was waking hourly for extended periods of time at almost e years old. We had sort out help before and always been told we were doing everything right and just to give it more time.
Ciara patiently listened to our problems and routine, took into account that our son had recently had an accident causing some separation anxiety and slowly tweaked our routine to meet his needs. I reached a point where I was getting 4 hours of broken sleep a night between my 2 year old and 1 year old and so I reached out to Ciara for help.
It was really confronting but not in a negative way at all and the woman has the patience of a saint!
At first the issue was weaning my 1 year old off milk through the night and my 2 year old waking up and refusing to sleep in his own bed through the night which with the help given my Ciara, was resolved in literally two nights.
I’ve since experienced different issues with their sleep such as my 1 year old wanting to get into bed with us (after a week of illness and us getting him into bed with us) and my 2 year old wanting one of us to get into bed with him after the transition of cot to bed. Again Ciara sent me simple instructions on how to resolve it and after a couple of tricky nights they both now sleep in their own bed for nearly 12 hours a night which is a dream!
Could not recommend Ciara enough to anyone who is horrifically sleep deprived due to their sleep-resistant gremlins ! :) -

It’s no exaggeration when I say that Ciara has changed my life and those of my two boys. When I found Ciara, my anxious nearly four year old was Co-sleeping (taking up most of the bed!) and my then seven month old had taken a turn for the worse and was waking every 40-60 minutes at night to feed. As a single mum with limited support, I was desperately tired and at the end of my tether trying to survive each day. I was due to return to work in two months and knew it wouldn’t be viable on so little sleep.
On night one, Ciara (who we all refer to as a magician!) got both boys into their own bedroom. Baby slept for FIVE GOLDEN HOURS before waking for the first feed. I couldn’t believe it! My baby has since consistently had solid, quality sleep at night and has slept up to 10 hours at a time! My four year old sleeps happily through the night back in his own bedroom. I now have a lot more patience and energy to enjoy my children, thanks to the extra sleep I’m getting. I have hours to myself every evening and am able to cope with the housework a lot better now. I’ve also been able to give notice to my work to return after Easter.
I recommend Ciara to everyone I meet, friends and strangers alike. She is naturally a very positive person; she is knowledgeable, passionate and driven to do the best for her clients. School of sleep was absolutely amazing! From the beginning Ciara was helpful, informative and just so friendly. After a video call conversation we started sleep training with her the next day and we are so glad we did!
Her method encouraged us to use our instincts as parents which we found really helped the process and made us feel like the steps and strategies were personalised to him and his needs. After just one night we went from our normal 4-6 wake uses to 2. And by night 3 our little one was only waking up once for a feed. After one week of working with Ciara, for the first time ever, our little one slept through the night! And continue is to do so now.

From the initial pain free consultation to the non stop support that we received, our sleep journey has been more than what we could have thought. Our little 6 year old disabled little boy had separation anxiety at night so we were Co sleeping. My wife and I sought out support from Ciara after really struggling to get our little one to sleep consistently and for long durations, at night and during the day. For a while, we were going to sleep when our son went to sleep at about 8pm, mainly because we were so tired from previous nights of poor sleep. We wanted to have our evenings back as we were hardly seeing each other. That was when we reached out to Ciara and she devised a plan for us. Almost straight away we saw a change with how our son slept at night time. With a bed time routine, he was suddenly falling asleep within half an hour, with very little complaints. Now, a month in, he goes down happily and settles himself to sleep, often for hours at a time. Ciara was extremely flexible to our needs and helped us each step of the way, always a message away when we needed some help or advice. We thought our daughter was beyond sleep training. The first thing I said to Ciara was that she may think my daughter was too difficult to work with but Ciara said she was up for the challenge! With Ciara’s help our bedtime routine has gone from 2 hours to 10 minutes and is stress free- meaning me and my husband can actually have a conversation in the evening now!
